Study experience
I found this course wonderful. The lecturers were really well read, which enabled thought provoking classes. It developed my knowledge of critical race theory. The course is being renamed and the policy and culture sections divided into their own courses from this sept. but I highly recommend either course.
Facilities
Birkbeck College has a recently refurbished library. The rooms are a good size and the facilities to support the course are great.
Postgraduate life
I really enjoyed working with my fellow classmates. Due to the nature of part-time evening study I was unable to live the 'student' life and enjoy the atmosphere in that way.

Didnt like Birkbeck. Paid a lot in tuition fee's and thought the support I got from academics was not up to standard.

I had three project supervisors, so there was no clear strategy.
