Law LLB (Hons)
City University London
Shina, December 2007Overall score
I am quite happy here, the people are fun and nice but the university could be better.
Study experience
I love my course.
Facilities
The library is good and has enough of everything. The computers are old though and need replacing.
Postgraduate life
I don't really know of any.
Job prospects
Need to graduate.

City University London
Alex, July 2010Overall score
Think about how much you love law before you start this course - in most other courses you get to learn at least a few general subjects, here it's ALL just different types of law.
Study experience
Law is good subject to have studied - up until now (4 years later) employers still seem impressed by it in interviews... and I work in accounting!
Facilities
I always thought the facilities were fantastic and I went to a different uni for my masters so I do have something to compare it with.
Postgraduate life
I was only a member of the debating society, so can't really comment
Job prospects
I did a masters degree in Business Management after my first degree after taking a gap year. I couldn't find a job in law straight after my course, but that's partly because I got a 2:2.

MSc health psychology
City University London
Natasha, December 2008Overall score
The course is very good and tought very well however i feel that if it offered a work placement like other universitys do such as London metropolitan the course would be more parctical insted of only theoretical
Study experience
The course is crammed into one year and is extremly theoretical and this makes the course more difficult to apply practiclay
Facilities
Most of the books on my reading list are always on loan or are in another campus different to where my lectures are.
Postgraduate life
As a post graduate I feel that I have not been introduced to many of the societies as the undergraduate students
Job prospects
My course is a post graduate course its a stage one Msc and should help me get onto stage 2 training however I will need to find a job in the health psychology field in order to do this therefore a work placement would have benefited me emesly
