Course Summary

What's Involved

Management training and development will help you as a manager or an aspiring manager, to broaden your knowledge and understanding and fully realise your management potential to develop your career in your chosen field.

The course is delivered through monthly tutor led lectures, online resources, and tutorials. In addition, you will be expected to devote a portion of time each week for self-directed study and/or assignment work.

Assessment

A range of methods are used to assess criteria and enhance Learners’ development. Assessment methods can include:

  • Case studies
  • Role play
  • Time constrained tests
  • Examinations
  • Assignments
  • Reports
  • Integrated work activities
  • Viva voce
  • Projects
  • Presentations

There is no grading system for CMI qualifications, and external moderation of Learners’ work only confirms that the required criteria for achievement have been met.
