This is highly tailored to industry with the notion that in fact industrialists could come and take small components in this course for continuing professional development. The aim behind this course is to tailor you for industry or the academic environment, but running facilities of this nature. The fact also that we have the management element to it means that you can really hit the ground running in industry and then have to understand what it takes to operate one of these facilities. This really is training directly leading into industry. And we have considerable industry backing from this, from the pharmaceutical industry predominantly and companies like BP.

Well, we're quite keen, the continuing professional development element will come in as the course starts to mature over a few year. But at the moment we are looking at people who are interested in managing facilities of this nature, characterization facilities as a career path. And therefore, this might be people who are already working in a university but think why, OK, I want to run one of those centers, one of those facilities or even indeed working in industry something they want to, that they've seen what they like and want to gain the experience and the skills that are required to manage and operate such a facility. So really we are aiming at people who are potentially coming back into academia to get a springboard to enable them to be able to operate such things.
