Postgraduate Music Studies reviews
Overall score
Great social scheme, fantastic music department, lots of money being spent on new facilities. Excellent, knowledgable staff
Study experience
I did a Bmus, and am halfway through an MMus. Wouldn't have gone back if I hadn't liked it...
Facilities
Sports... what now? Computer provision is good, as is reprographics and library etc...
Postgraduate life
Excellent, but then as a musician, I was co-erced into joining a lot of them
Job prospects
Well, all my coursemates are employed, not necessarily in music, but they all have jobs

English with Music Studies MA (Hons)
University Of Aberdeen
James, September 2008Overall score
I moved to Aberdeen three years ago, and it's the best thing I ever did. Love the city, the Uni is great, and I've made friends for life.
Study experience
Always there to provide extra assistance and help. Friendly, switched on, and generally pretty good.
Facilities
I've found all of the facilities to be pretty top notch. The new sports centre is opening next year, though, and I'll have graduated. sob.
Postgraduate life
Loads!
Job prospects
I think Aberdeen has one of the best graduate employment rates in the UK. I hope anyway! Not sure yet what I'm going to do. If I decide on pg study I'll probably stay here.
