Study experience
"I challenged anybody to spend 10 minutes in the company of Adam Proto, and not be captivated by his gusto and passion for the event industry. Indeed, his infectious enthusiasm is only matched by his extensive knowledge of the many facets that combine together to create the role of an event manager. I can say that without any hesitation Adam?s passion and knowledge has developed my career in the event industry considerably. Through his lecturing, I have progressed further in a short time then I ever thought possible. I owe him a lot. Kirti Swift Event Assistant ? World Challenge" This is a quote from a class mate of mine, but i have to agree with every word he said.
Facilities
Do the course and see for yourself.

Study experience
The course aims to take already skilled writers from amateur level to professional, and the ever increasing list of award-winning graduates gives an indication of how successful the course is! The work is never easy and the course moves at a speedy pace, but this teaches more about deadlines and the writing industry than an easier course ever could. The tutors are all professional, talented and incredibly helpful - and are all themselves practising writers. The curriculum is clearly laid out at the start of the course but there is always plenty of help on hand for those who need to clarify any aspect of it.
Facilities
For a course of this type, the library and IT facilities are probably the most important resources and there are no problems with these at all. The university is currently having a reshuffle of its campuses so things are set to improve in this department.
Postgraduate life
The difficulty of getting on to the course means that, once they have made it, students are excited to be there and willing to work hard. The university prides itself on fostering a atmosphere of peer support, and encourages students to support one another and offer advice and criticism on each other's work.

Study experience
Do you remember that teacher from school, whose class you didn?t mind going to, the one that made learning easy, somehow you remembered what he said because he did in such a way that it was really interesting, Adam Proto is that teacher but in the adult world - He makes learning about things like Health and Safety, dare I say fun with his real life experiences usually backed up with photographic evidence. His classes were always full of interesting examples taken from real events, and Adam always made sure that everyone got the important bits repeating things and patiently answering questions before moving on. He also pushed people to be involved in first person, so to be more prepared to real working situations, which I found really useful. The amount of experience gained through clases, projects and placements presents excellent value for money.
Facilities
All the learning materials are provided. Own access to a PC/laptop is useful for project work.
Postgraduate life
Every day presents a different challenge - just like my new life in the event industry. The team atmosphere created in class extends to outside the classroom and it was a privilege being part of such a wonderful bunch of people.
