Overall Rating

I love it. But I like the laid back environment, the nice town, the lovely houses and the sea. I'm not as fussed by the poor standard of marking in some modules. I get along with most of my lecturers, and that's always a bonus. And improvements can always be made.
Student Union

I liked it. Hot food, beer, starbucks and pool. Pretty awesome events too, when you're in first year.
Clubs and Societies

Depends on the club. Some were amazing and really good fun, other's were cliquey. But I guess this depends on the students.
Accommodation

Loved my year in halls, absolutely loved it. Big and clean and with a lovely view over the sea.
Uni Facilities

There are some nice rooms... but they were never really able to be used. The library finally became 24 hours in my last year, and the computer rooms are pretty nice, and the labs were good.
Course and Lecturers

Sometimes it was really hard to see just what the 9 grand a year was going on. Comments such as ""She knows stuff"" on coursework feedback doesn't really cut it.
City Life

Aberystwyth is a wonderful town to be at university in, although... it is possible that you become disillusioned to what other cities are like.
Job Prospects

Low ranking university, plus the fact that we don't actually get any job guidance at all beyond a single module which... didn't really help at all. They need to put more effort into helping students find employers and get used to working.
Student Support

I had no problems, but my friend did get an email saying ""You're going to fail"". That's not really on.
