Course Director Dr Susan Strauss, introduces students to the Graduate Certificate in Counselling Psychology. This is designed to offer a perfect foundation for those students who aspire to go on to a doctoral programme in Counselling Psychology. The certificate in itself does not allow students the licence to practise as psychological counsellors, but offers a firm grounding in the subject. An undergraduate degree in psychology is preferred but not mandatory. Students with degrees in other subjects can also apply.
