Professor Phil Jones, Head of the Welsh School of Architecture, explains studying a postgraduate course with the department is often a way for those already in industry to ‘bridge the gap’ between architecture and engineering. Students will have an appreciation of technologies and design already and will often use a postgraduate course to further specialise in their career.
