Postgraduate Study at the Centre for Applied Human Rights

Last Updated:

16th October 2014

Dr Lars Waldorf, Senior Lecturer at CAHR, gives a brief description of the postgraduate programmes offered at the Centre. There are two taught postgraduate programmes: the MA in Applied Human Rights and the LLM in International Human Rights Law and Practice. Applicants to either course should be passionate about human rights and have a flair for grasping the concepts of law. The programmes cover a number of areas of human rights law, such as asylum, transitional justice, trafficking, migration, etc. Successful students find work in private and government-based human rights organisations or progress on to roles in teaching.
