Course Summary

This course provides opportunities for you to develop the requisite skills. The demand for quality healthcare is increasing, as rapid advances in treatments and information technologies magnify the expectations of patients and healthcare professionals. At the same time resources are limited as governments trim their healthcare budgets. Healthcare leaders now need skills in human and financial resources management, leadership, strategic planning and Organisational design, an ability to manage complex change, and Organisational decision-making. Our MBA gives you the opportunity to develop these skills, while at the same time enhancing your capacity to analyse and understand the complex nature of healthcare, and how it is delivered. Our MBA will suit you if you're a recent graduate, or a professional with experience of working in the health and/or social care sector. Develop your skills and knowledge and open up a range of career opportunities in senior management and leadership roles, in the UK or around the world. We recognize the need for a series of exit points which support your personal and professional requirements, and those of the healthcare sector. You can therefore study for a full Masters, or the intermediate awards of Postgraduate Certificate or Postgraduate Diploma.
