I could say that I'm living a dream right now at Bangor. I've read a lot of English storybooks in my childhood and my experience here is equivalent to those childhood dreams coming true. Bangor is beautiful not just the place but my entire experience here as a student has been the same. The facilities provided by the university to the students and the freedom to experience and enjoy the time I spend here is one of the main reasons I love studying at Bangor. I am not forced to become someone, I can be myself and figure out things on my own. Bangor is definitely a holistic learning centre where I don't just learn about the subject but also learn how to use what I learned in my life.

Improvement areas: Being an international student I feel that the student support services provided for international students, especially with regards to the educational system and study structure could be enhanced to provide an equivalent experience to the newcomers. People like myself, who are experiencing a different educational culture for the first time need to be provided with better support rather than expecting them to fall in line in accordance with colleagues or fellow students.

Apart from the fact that the halls are located on top of a hill, my life at the student halls has been great. I enjoy the daily hikes to and from the halls. All facilities are point-on and the staff and security are always available at any time. Every facility is well kept and maintained well. I have never had any trouble concerning my stay in the halls. I would say that the facilities I receive here are worth the money I pay.
