Postgraduate Reviews of Courses at Bangor University

Law and Management MBA

BANGOR UNIVERSITY

Shreyam - November 2018

I FIRSTLY WENT TO STAY IN UNI HALLS CALLED GARTH. I DID NOT LIKE THAT PLACE AT ALL. I FOUND IT SOFFOCATING AND ISOLATING. BUT THEN LATER IN MY UNI LIFE I SHIFTED TO ANOTHER PLACE CALLED ST M ARYS AND IT WAS 10 TIMES BETTER. I AM STILL FINISHING MY MASTERS AND I THINK MY GRADES WILL ALSO BE MUCH BETTER SINCE I AM IN A MORE SOCIAL AND REFRESHING PLACE. read full review
So far, I have really enjoyed my experience at Bangor. There are places where improvement would be appreciated but overall I am satisfied. I think that more can be done to support postgraduates and engage in the wider community read full review

Not bad. But I still have problems with the international student office at the university in providing a student visa and I am in the middle of my studies, due to the negligence of the administration in international students. read full review
All in all, my experience has been amazing. The small groups of students in each module means that it is a very familiar atmosphere, and the professors are incredibly open and approachable. Staff at the university is simply amazing, especially at the Main Arts Library. The extracurricular activities provided make for an overall amazing experience. read full review

I have loved every minute of it with only minor stress! The course has been good and has got me where I need to be, and I have enjoyed being taught by some top researchers! The sports and social side has been amazing here! read full review

Translation Studies MA

BANGOR UNIVERSITY

Hannah - November 2018

It’s been a blast so far! There’s so much to do and so little time to fit it all in. I would like to be involved in more sports but a lot of them practice when my club is already training which is difficult. read full review
