This top-up Masters course provides you with the skills necessary to identify and address legal issues related to construction projects as well as tackling disputes should they arise. It seeks to extend and develop your understanding of the law relating to the core aspects of international construction practice, dispute settlement, procurement and sustainability. This course is fully accredited with the RICS to provide acceptance on the Assessment of Professional Practice and qualification as a Chartered Quantity surveyor.
