Very poor master's experience. Catalogue of failings from the Uni: admin screw ups delaying Student Finance, delayed Blackboard access, faulty smartcards, an unheated lecture room for an entire term, unresponsiveness when issues raised, inappropriate automated emails sent out harassing students for early payment of termly fees, racist bullying of international students. read full review

Fantastic student union and i-Zone staff very co operative. Life at university is fabulous. However, accommodation in Canterbury is a big challenge. read full review
I am overwhelmed with the support I have received right from the day I arrived in the city. They have guided me with accommodation and other basic necessities. The staff is really helpful and courteous. Everything around me works in form of a system. There is ample of support especially for international students who leave their home country to achieve a degree internationally. I look forward to what this year has instore for me. read full review
