Study for a Postgraduate Diploma and develop your understanding of organisations and the changing environment in which HR teams operate. As a student with ARU, youll come to Cambridge or Chelmsford once a week and use our online learning environment at other times.

Our students register as associate members of CIPD, and enjoy exclusive access to journals, reports, time-saving resources, library services, as well as professional development guidance and networking opportunities. Once youre in work, youll be able to upgrade to full membership. The cost of your membership and course accreditation with the CIPD is not included in the course fees. Whilst the degree is accredited, those seeking this credit for their degree should apply directly to join the CIPD and pay the appropriate joining and membership fee.

A first degree of 2:2 or above in a relevant subject, or a degree of 2.2 or above in any subject plus relevant experience.
