We normally require a UK upper second class degree or above, or the equivalent from an overseas institution. Applicants who do not hold a degree may be considered on the basis of work experience alone. Work Experience. Applicants should normally have a minimum of three years full-time work experience in a relevant professional domain (there is no upper limit).
