Academic Practice is a part-time postgraduate taught programme combining theory, practice, and the use of reflection to enable you to develop your teaching skills and educational knowledge for your role in Higher Education.The programme is primarily aimed at staff (internal or external to City, University of London) with an educating or facilitating role with students in Higher Education.A key characteristic of the programme involves learning by working with peers, as well as through engagement with a number of educational technologies.

Entry requirements

The programme is open for application by staff at City, as well as external colleagues. To apply you should have a role that requires you to teach and facilitate students at the equivalent of Higher Education level 4.

You should normally have a first or second class Honours degree (or equivalent non-UK qualification).
