The Joint Board of Moderators (JBM) represents The Institution of Civil Engineers, The Institution of Structural Engineers, The Chartered Institution of Highways and Transportation, The Institute of Highway Engineers and the Permanent Way Institution. We will apply for accreditation in due course.
