This programme will be delivered through a combination of online and face to face sessions to suit your individual needs, subject to us being able to work within the Welsh Government guidance and legislation to ensure the safety of you and our staff.
We will also continue to support those with additional learning needs remotely.
WHAT WILL I STUDY?
The programme framework outlines an attractive and innovative approach to teacher education and training that meets the current need for accredited teaching and training qualifications in the diverse post-compulsory sector. The PCE is aimed at those with vocational experience who do not hold a degree but hold Level 3 or above qualifications in their vocational discipline. This course is accredited through Aberystwyth University and leads to a Professional Certificate in Education.
WORK PLACEMENT
This programme contains an essential work placement component. If you are not already in employment, we will support you to find a suitable work placement. Covid regulations are in place in the case that Covid-19 disrupts teaching placements.
