Policy / Strategic Planning Leadership
The level 7 programme builds upon the past operational knowledge and experience of
managers by focusing on the more strategic issues of management within an organisation.
The programme is intended for the middle to senior manager who has the authority and personal inspiration to translate organisational strategy into effective operational performance. It is equally valuable for the person who aspires to such a role, by helping them to gain the knowledge and understanding necessary to deliver those outcomes.
Workshops are held fortnightly on a Thursday evening, 18.00-21.00. Due to the nature of the qualification flexible start dates are available throughout the year. In addition you are expected to commit at least one hour study per evening, a minimum of 104 hours over the duration of the course. The course is supported by online materials via our Virtual Learning Environment and may be supplemented by online delivery.
How will I be assessed?
One 3,000 word assignment to be submitted after each taught session. In total 2 or 3 assignments, this is credit dependant.
What can I do next
