Course Summary

Our Construction Law and Dispute Resolution course provides a unique cross-professional perspective on this area of the law. This flexible course is taught to lawyers and experienced non-lawyer construction professionals over a series of intensive in-person three-day sessions (from Thursday to Saturday) that take place in London on-campus, and is particularly well-suited for students based outside of London. It is also available for overseas students on both a full-time and part-time basis. You will have electronic access to the teaching and reference materials as well as physical access to the many specialist books and journals, which are held in the Maughan Library. This course is primarily taught at the King’s College London Strand Campus. Some classes will be taught on the Waterloo Campus.
