Our European Union Law MA is open to students who have previously completed the European Union Law Postgraduate Diploma (PGDip) at distinction or merit level. Students on the MA course are required to write a dissertation under supervision. The European Union Law distance-learning programme covers a wide range of important EU Law topics, such as free movement of goods and people, competition law, anti-discrimination law, external relations and judicial review. You will gain an in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of the most important theoretical and practical aspects of EU law, with a particular emphasis on the Treaties of the European Union. This programme is generally studied by professionals alongside their full time work commitments.
