The MSc in MedTech Innovation and Entrepreneurship brings together talented students and professionals from a range of backgrounds across the spectrum of health, engineering, design, business and entrepreneurship, who are committed to creating innovation in health and making the world a healthier place.
Description:
The programme builds on King’s strengths in healthcare, health research, healthcare technologies, design, engineering, business and entrepreneurship to teach both crucial business knowledge and the art and science of developing novel medical technologies that address an unmet clinical need. With unparalleled access to our NHS hospital, our students will develop a deep appreciation of healthcare delivery and quality improvement processes to apply their knowledge for developing novel medical technologies and a fulfilling career as a MedTech entrepreneur, innovator or a leader in the medical technology industry. We will use a delivery method that will ensure students have a rich, exciting experience from the start. Face to face teaching will be complemented and supported with innovative technology so that students also experience elements of digital learning and assessment.
