Global trade moves money, goods, and power across borders. On this course, you'll navigate the legal rules that make it work - and the disputes that can disrupt it.
Our LLM International Trade Law equips you with specialist legal acumen and commercial insight to excel on a global level. You'll study the World Trade Organization (WTO) rules, transnational sale of goods, shipping law, and international commercial contracts - including key agreement terms and payment structures. You'll also learn how trade law applies to states, companies, and global trading blocs.
As part of this course, you'll:
Master international trade rules, barriers, and dispute resolution to confidently influence global commerce
Interpret trade contracts, including International Commercial Terms (INCOTERMS) and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG)
