This module develops and tests your ability to prepare a dissertation, based on the study of a subject related to your chosen discipline within the built environment. Dissertation preparation normally takes place after completion of the Postgraduate Diploma stage.

The module will explore the key concepts and theories associated with management and organisational behaviour which influence people and project-orientated team working. The underlying focus of the module will be practice-based, which will give participants the knowledge to effectively lead real and virtual project-orientated teams.
