Our accelerated two-year qualifying course has been developed in collaboration with our highly experienced practice-based partners from a wide variety of health and social care settings, service users and student partners. This course will see you acquire knowledge of the clinical sciences underpinning physiotherapy practice, along with contemporary skills and attitudes to work flexibly across diverse settings within a modern health and social care sector.

As a physiotherapist you’ll play a pivotal role in enabling people with a wide range of health conditions to improve their health, wellbeing and quality of life. This could mean using different therapeutic approaches such as exercises, manual therapy, communication skills, coaching and education. It’s therefore no wonder that thanks to your specialism you’ll make up a vital part of multidisciplinary healthcare teams!

The standard entry requirements you should have are: an upper second class honours degree in a science based course such as Physiology, Psychology, Sports and Exercise Science, Sports Therapy etc. You will also be required an health at work clearance by an approved occupational health service.
