Overview
Strong, effective leadership in health care is vital for the delivery of safe, high quality patient care. On this course, established and new leaders will have the opportunity to enhance their leadership skills and practice, developing and communicating a vision to engage with multiple stakeholders.
The programme is intended for experienced, qualified health care professionals who may work in and across a range of health care settings and in a variety of clinical, managerial and leadership roles.

The course is delivered one day per week: in Year 1 you will attend University on Mondays and in Year 2 you will attend on Wednesdays.
