This master’s is designed for students who have an undergraduate degree with a substantial business, management or social science component and is accredited by the Association for Business Psychology. On the MSc Business Psychology, you’ll deepen your knowledge of the principles, models and theories of psychology. Crucially, you’ll develop your ability to apply them to a wide range of organisational issues including change management, employee selection, leadership and wellbeing. You’ll explore these in the context of contemporary issues such as AI, hybrid working and sustainability so you’re well prepared to address some of the most pressing challenges facing organisations today and into the future.
