Understanding how people think, feel and behave in the workplace is key to supporting individuals, getting the best out of teams, and enhancing an organisation’s efficiency and growth. This programme is for students with a BPS accredited psychology undergraduate degree who want to deepen their knowledge in this specialist area or gain Stage 1 of the Chartered Psychologist and Registered Occupational Psychologist qualification. If you have an undergraduate degree in a related field that isn’t BPS accredited, you can take the MSc Business Psychology, which is our mirror course with different accreditation.
