Our MSc programme is aligned with the newest innovation, creative technologies and workflows in construction and Business Information Modelling (BIM), including industry 4.0 digitalisation frameworks.

Why choose Building Information Modelling and Construction Technologies MSc at Middlesex?

Building Information Modelling (BIM) is the process of creating and managing construction information throughout a project's life cycle. This degree is designed to keep you up-to-date with the latest innovations, technologies, and workflows in construction and Business Information Modelling (BIM), including industry 4.0 digitalisation frameworks.

If you're an early career Building Information Modelling (BIM) practitioner looking to enhance your technical and operational capabilities on construction projects, this degree is for you. You'll use various smart technologies, tools, and software to negotiate, design, and complete BIM projects that meet the needs of all stakeholders, organisations, and environmental regulations.

For this degree, operational management is taught exclusively by industry experts. And through Middlesex's extensive industry network, you'll have the opportunity to analyse or work on real-life projects and gain experience in the industry. This will help you develop your professional and interpersonal skills, work collaboratively, and think critically and ethically. You'll also gain legal awareness and reflective decision-making skills that will serve you well throughout your career.
