We invite proposals for MPhil and PhD research projects in our three main research areas of biodiversity and conservation, agri-environment, and microbiology.Join our cluster of world-class academics for your MPhil or PhD in Biology where you will have access to state-of-the-art facilities, from molecular diagnostics laboratories to experimental farms. We have a strong tradition of research excellence and a flourishing environment to support your development.Our biology research is organised by three academic groups within the School of Natural and Environmental Sciences:EcologyModelling, Evidence and PolicyMolecular Life SciencesMuch of our research is aligned to the UN Sustainable Development Goals as part of our Faculty Research Strategy.
