You will explore the internationally important area of Intellectual Property Law and learn how intellectual property rights impinge on many commercial areas. The LLM Technology Law offers the opportunity to gain critical, in-depth understanding of theories and legal frameworks underpinning policy in international technology law and other areas of legal study.
