As a law conversion course, the LLM in Legal Professional Practice is the first step towards a career in the legal profession, typically as a solicitor or barrister. Typically a 2.2 honours degree or above in any subject. Students without a 2:2 honours degree from the UK or Republic of Ireland are required to evidence that they meet the academic entrance requirements of the relevant professional body. This includes applicants with overseas degrees or mature students without an undergraduate degree.
