  • Learn key managerial skills and knowledge required for a range of construction project management roles.
  • Develop insights and knowledge to plan, programme, procure, develop, and manage, both logistically and contractually a wide range of construction projects.
  • Understand industry dynamics and fundamental economic principles, critical thinking and analysis, in order to mange the context in which projects exist.
  • Undertake an industry placement to gain real-world experience

This is a fast-track conversion course for first degree holders from an unrelated disciplines and existing practitioners who want to become a Chartered Surveyors through the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB).
