Our CIPD accredited Master’s course in Leadership and Human Resource Management is designed for aspiring human resource professionals who are looking to advance or switch to a career in human resource management. This business Master’s course will provide you with the in depth, specialist knowledge and understanding of the key aspects of international human resource management required for a successful career in today’s modern and dynamic work environment.

This business Master’s programme is developed with an emphasis on learning the most important industry concepts and is accredited by both The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and The Chartered Management Institute (CMI). This means that upon successful completion of your degree you will have the opportunity to apply for a CIPD certification and a CMI Level 7 Certificate in Strategic Management and Leadership Practice.

You will learn from experienced business professionals in workshop-style classes to ensure you can benefit from greater interaction with your lecturer and network with fellow students.

Should you be unable to complete the full programme, you may still be awarded a Diploma or Certificate depending on terms completed.
