In the midst of today’s rapid-fire iteration, innovation and growth, entrepreneurs and business leaders in the 21st century need to do more than simply keep up. The UCL MBA gives high-achieving professionals the skills they need to lead organisations and manage a range of critical functions in a fast-paced, global business landscape. About this degree
The programme structure stresses the application use of data, technology and information to address critical issues, guide business choices and navigate uncertain situations in a global context. We have two through lines that are woven into the entirety of the coursework, the ability to make effective use of data and the ability to extend information using forecasting approaches to enable our students to be proactive business leaders.
Throughout the programme, students develop a strong foundational understanding of business functions, processes and practices, as well as the ability to extend that base with specialised knowledge in areas such as Entrepreneurship, Innovation Management and Business Analytics.

Our career services team is built around an executive coaching model. This is being led by our Immersion Coordinator and can be scheduled through the Student Success Advisor. Students are encouraged to engage with our career coaches to examine their goals and the means by which they may be achieved.

A minimum of an upper second-class Bachelor's degree from a UK university or an overseas qualification of an equivalent standard, or senior executive leadership experience of over two years and more than 7 years total work experience. A minimum of five years full-time work experience after completion of an undergrauate degree and before starting the MBA programme at UCL.
