The aim of this unit is to develop students' understanding of cross-cultural work and management in global corporations through the study of a selection of cases and theoretical frameworks. The unit will focus (but not exclusively) on global professional service firms (e.g. accountancies and management consultancies) and examine the implications of cultural and institutional differences on a range of substantive areas, including transnational knowledge transfer and global teamwork.

2:1 or above (or its international equivalent) undergraduate degree. Your degree can be in any discipline but it must include a significant level of business or management content.
