Our online Inclusion (Autism in Adults) gives you practical, research‑informed insights into autism and neurodiversity, shaped by the experiences of autistic people. Designed for flexible, part‑time study, the course lets you apply what you learn straight away in your personal or professional life—helping you better support autistic adults and young people.

The Autism in Adults MA/PGCert brings together practitioner research, contemporary theory, and the lived experiences of autistic individuals.

Grounded in a social understanding of disability and neurodiversity-affirming practice, the programme helps you develop practical knowledge and strategies to reduce barriers and foster more inclusive practice within your own context.

Much of our teaching is co‑produced with autistic people, carers, and practitioners, ensuring that the ideas and approaches we share are authentic, relevant and informed by diverse perspectives.

The course content is designed to be applicable across a wide range of personal and professional settings. The programme culminates in an independent research project, preparing you for advanced roles in autism leadership, support, and inclusive education. By the end, you will have the insight and skills needed to drive meaningful and positive change in your field.
