Business and Labour Economics We focus on labour markets, employment regulation, incentives, international trade, piracy, production, and global value chains.
Entrepreneurship & Local Economy Our research explores leadership, local and regional economic development, and entrepreneurship.
Organisation, Work and Employment We examine work and employment in public and private sectors, human resource management, and employment relations.
Procurement and Operations Management Research interests span organizational buying behaviour, supplier relationship management, public sector contracting, project management, small firm operations, and high-value engineering management.
Strategy and International Business Our department delves into corporate social responsibility, sustainability, internationalization, China, knowledge, innovation, resilience, and extreme events.

Entry requirements

The Business School's entry requirement is a good honours degree (first or upper second class honours) awarded by a recognised University in an appropriate subject, and a merit in a relevant Masters degree. We usually ask students for an average of 65 in the taught component of their Masters. All international students also need to show that they have adequate knowledge of written and spoken English.
