Construction project management is the process of directing and coordinating human, material, and technology resources throughout a civil engineering project's lifecycle: the design, construction, maintenance, operation and decommissioning of crucial infrastructure facilities upon which modern life depends. The MSc in Construction and Project Management will help you as a graduate engineer to develop effective management skills that will allow you to take a leading role in these operations.
