Our Regenerative medicine PhD students are based within, and members of, our specialist research Centre for Regenerative Medicine and Devices. The Centre for Regenerative Medicine and Devices has a long-standing reputation for pioneering, patient-driven treatments and technological innovation in regenerative medicine with major funding sucesses and a knowledge exchange and outreach programme that spans local medical provision and international research partnerships. We welcome students across our priority research areas in cell therapy, gene therapy, and tissue engineering, through which our scientists harness the body's natural healing processes, adopting a range of approaches to the repair, replacement and regeneration of damaged cells and tissues.
