Overview The LLM Banking and Finance Law examines contemporary challenges and evolving dynamics in law, regulation, and policy within the banking and finance sectors. You will study a range of specialist units, gaining an in-depth understanding of real-world issues and the opportunity to challenge traditional approaches. This programme is designed for those who wish to specialise in banking and financial services law, regulation and policy, or in associated sectors. You will develop crucial analytical, communication and research skills valued by top employers, opening doors to a wide range of careers within the practice of law and beyond.
