The programme is designed to meet the demand within the construction management industry with advanced skills. The programme aims to develop management skills and a critically reflective practice on construction. Applying theory into practice in the field of the construction industry is the main idea behind the course. It will enable you to maximise your management skills and capability to work in an international environment. To maximise your demonstration, different range of skills and knowledge in the area of construction and engineering such as Project Management, Information Communication Technology, Construction Law, Supply Chain Management, Procurement.The programme is supported by an integrated teaching, learning and assessment strategy that demonstrates the appropriateness of the learning, teaching and assessment methods used in relation to the intended learning outcomes. Modules

The subject of the module is the micro and macroeconomics of the construction sector, including cost management and forecasting for the development of construction projects from the client/owner, design team, and contractor's perspective. The focus is from the concept and the early design stage, through the design and construction process, and into occupancy.
