About the course
This course develops on a holistic approach to project management taking into consideration tools and techniques of project planning and control, and the relationship between human resource issues and project management.
you will have the opportunity to gain a critical understanding of the rapidly changing and dynamic international business environment, and the skills needed to analyse the strategies and operations of multinational enterprises. This programme will provide the opportunity for you to study a wide range of topics in international business, from both a theoretical and practical perspective.
The course is designed to enable you to tailor it to your own personal and career interests, with a number of option modules available.
Further Study
Opportunities for course progression include the traditional PhD or a Master’s by Research; a one year, full-time research degree. It contains little or no formal taught component and is attractive if you want a briefer research-based degree or prepare for a full PhD.
