The LLM Legal Ethics Law is an innovative, flexible programme that will provide you with an in-depth knowledge of legal ethics law in practice.This course will explore issues such as the duties and responsibilities of lawyers and the social context of the profession. We will explore the regulation of the legal profession, also considering in-house lawyer ethics. Finally, we will consider the gender, race and diversity within the profession. This will be examined in relation to legal professionalism, legal moralism, and our discussions will be framed by other ethical theories.
