The MSc in Human Resource Management and Training will equip you with the professional knowledge and skills to engage critically with theories and practices around training and learning in the workplace and the role of the human resources practitioner. You will develop a critical understanding of the issues and problems associated with implementing practices aimed at enhancing employee performance and organisational competitiveness. Distance learning gives you the flexibility to fit your study around existing commitments and enhance your career prospects without having to leave employment.
