Enhance your knowledge of employee behaviour and psychological theories for success in workplace settings with the Organisational and Business Psychology MSc.What is Organisational and Business psychology?Organisational and Business Psychology continues to grow in the field of psychology particularly after the impact of the pandemic on workplace settings and professional demeanours.This discipline of psychology focuses on behaviours within the workplace and its impact on the organisation as whole. Professionals applying organisational and business psychology theory and knowledge to workplace environments help develop appropriate staff interview and selection techniques, study the workplace to suggest improvements, support change productive management, promote effective leadership, consult on staff development approaches, and focus marketing and product development based on consumer behaviour. About the programme: This MSc will help you develop critical awareness and application of psychological theory and principles to a range of real-world workplace and organisational settings. These skills and developed understanding will empower you to enhance modern day organisational effectiveness and support employee well-being. Career prospects: On completion of the programme, you will have a foundation in the science of Psychology in four contemporary areas of Organisational and Business Psychology: Leadership, Coaching, Organisational Change, and Global talent management. The resulting knowledge, skills and attitudes will enable you to put psychological principles into effect in a variety of settings including research, practice and the interface of applied research in organizational settings. An Executive Scholarship of 15% is available for our May and July 2026 intakes. A UK Scholarship of 20% is available for students residing in the United Kingdom, who enrol on the May and July 2026 intakes of our full master’s awards.
