The MSc Management degree provides a fast-track into business for those with no previous experience and covers all key elements of management - innovation, entrepreneurship, finance, marketing, organisational change and human resources. Modules such as Entrepreneurship and Innovation will develop your ability to create and successfully grow an organisation, while courses on Accounting and Human Resource Management will equip you with a range of knowledge and skills in managing the financial side of the business and motivating employees. You will master the principles of Marketing in order to research your market and promote your business. You will learn to identify opportunities and risks in the global business environment in the module Trends in Global Business and Management . Building on Alliance Manchester Business School's leading position in the field, the module Sustainability and Social Responsibility will show how your business can improve the environment and benefit society as whole.
