Do you want to be at the forefront of research-based teaching and development in immunology and immunotherapeutics? What about advancing new diagnostic and therapeutic strategies for fighting disease? Our Immunology and Immunotherapeutics MSc course is a research-informed programme taught by academics who are active experts in their field. Throughout the course, you’ll develop a strong understanding of modern immunology, including the diagnosis and treatment of allergies, immunotherapeutics and autoimmune diseases. The taught part of the course is supported by a project preparation skills module, to consolidate your molecular and subject-specific immunology laboratory skills in addition to training on statistical analysis and bioinformatics. You will then complete a substantial individual research project over the summer, utilising these essential employability skills. You’ll learn to gather and analyse biological data from existing research to conduct your own evidence-based research for your dissertation and beyond.
